All bottle prices listed on our online Shop include VAT and UK duty, and may be subject to change.

Age restriction

It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor. Please note that an adult must be present to receive any wine ordered through our online Shop.

Delivery and shipping

We currently can only delivery within the M25 in London.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping but may incur a fee if the order has already been processed, picked and/or packed. Please email us at fonswine@gmail.com.

Returns

If we have sent you the wrong bottle, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods and cover the cost of postage, please email us at fonswine@gmail.com

For damages in transit, please email us at fonswine@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns of unopened, properly kept items can be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please email us at fonswine@gmail.com

Faulty wines

We hope you will enjoy your wine. In the rare event that you suspect that you have received a faulty product please re-cork or cap the wine and email us at fonswine@gmail.com. We will be able to help help you on a case by case basis. 

We will refund tainted bottles but reserve the right to refuse a refund if the issue is more a matter of taste than a genuine flaw. Products and their original packaging must be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may wish to complete further analysis of the product.

Data protection and usage

Wix abides by the law relating to the gathering of data from our website. We will not pass on any data collected through our newsletter or by the use of our website and online shop, nor will we sell your information to any third party.
